Fix Game Saving / Storage Issue (Quick Guide)

If you’re facing game saving issues, this usually happens because the console’s internal storage has become full due to system files.

Our factory has provided an official Android app to clean the storage and restore proper saving functionality.

⚠️ Important:
This process will delete existing game save files to fully clear the storage.
Games themselves will remain, and new saves will work normally after this.

Step 1: Load Android Mode

  1. On the home / console list screen, press Start
  2. Scroll down and select Quit Content
  3. Select Reboot from NAND

The console will now boot into Android mode.

Step 2: Install the App

  1. Copy the app file we provided onto a USB drive
  2. Plug the USB drive into the console
  3. Open File Manager, select the app, and Install it
  4. Open the app and tap Clean / Optimize

(Optional but recommended: Restart the console once after this.)

Why This Works

  • Clears unnecessary system files
  • Frees up internal storage
  • Allows games to save properly again

✔ Games remain installed
⚠️ Previous save files are cleared during the cleanup
