For adding games, you need to put the games in the corresponding folder in SD card and it'll be added. Please make sure to have a backup of the SD card before making any changes to the original SD card.

For saving games, you can turn on the "auto save/load" feature in the settings

To turn on the auto save/load feature

1. Press start when you're on home screen
2. Then open game settings from the menu
3. Scroll down and you're see option to turn on auto save/load feature

Please make sure you exit the game by pressing "Select + Start" twice before turning off the console, otherwise the game progress won't be saved.

Please make sure you followed these steps correctly:

• Power cable is connected
• HDMI cable is connected
• Console is turned on
• Correct HDMI output/mode is selected

If you followed these steps and If your console isn’t turning on or is stuck at the 3D GameStick logo, it’s likely a power supply or voltage issue.

1. New Power Cable – Try using a new power cable, maybe from your router (5V/2A).
2. Try a Different Outlet – Plug it into another outlet to rule out power issues.

And it's not fixed, please contact us using the above form.

To connect controllers,

1. Add new batteries to controllers
2. Insert the USB receiver in the console
3. Turn on controllers

If controllers are still not connecting, please turn the controllers off, remove USB receiver and follow the above steps (2&3) again. (Try connecting one controller at a time)

Press "Select" & "Start" together twice for exiting games.

To add a game to your favorite list, long press 'A' when the game is highlighted in the list and you will see settings for that game. From there you can add games to your favorite list.

Remote is not of any use for playing games, it's for android TV which can be loaded if you start the console without the SD card in it.
